Championship

Nov. 12th 2009
Championship night at the WPC gym
Well in front of a capacity crowd of 7 the Buckeyes are the HOF defending champions. Defeating the Wolfpack 45 – 42. It took every second of regulation and every second of the OT to win, as Myron “Panther” Lowery hit a 3 pointer with one click on the clock in OT to win the game. I really thought this was my year seeing that’s its my first trip back to the championship game since 10 years ago this week.

Thanks to everyone for a great year I hope you enjoyed it and will return next year
God Bless
Brian

2008 Title Game

Well the season is over and we had a great one, but before I get to the championship game report, I want to share from my heart. Guys this was the best year ever, for many reasons, competition, relationships, ect.... But the one thing that just threw it over the top for me was the Montterry Missions bucket. Men's basketball rallied and blew my mind we raised over $500.00 and one official even donated his pay towards the cause...how awesome is that. Anyways, my little words can't due justice but THANKS... A LOT!
Now to the Game.....
Well I called it early on in my predictions... the Buckeyes beat the Vols in the finals. To become the world champs. Behind a strong 34 point MVP performance by Myron "Panther" Lowery the Buckeyes were not going to be denied their ring I mean t-shirt. Congrats to the Vols for making it three straight years to the championship game, maybe next year. And finally Congrats to Head Coach Brian "Money" Harty and all the Buckeyes on a fine season and great championship run......
Now Buckeyes keep in mind every other team that has won the championship has fallen to the bottom the next year... and it all starts with being in the cellar for the 2009 draft.
